How to reheat my meals?
The microwave (approx. 3-4min at 750W LID OFF!) is the most convenient way to heat up the meals but you can also empty the container into a pan and heat on a conventional stove.

What other food should I eat whilst I'm on Fit Food Meals Diet?
We do encourage you to add fresh fruit and vegetables to your diet each day. Included in your Diet Guide are some suggestions.

How to store my meals?
Our meals are coming fresh, we recommend to keep in the fridge meals for first 2 days and freeze rest of the meals. You should defrost your frozen meals in a fridge over night.

Do not refreeze once thawed!!!
Best before date when stored at -18°C or below. Follow your own freezer star rating as below * Temperature is -6°C food can be stored for 1 week ** Temperature is -12°C food can be stored for 1 month *** Temperature is -18°C food can be stored for 3 months **** Temperature is -20°C food can be stored for 3 months or longer

Will I get enough vitamins and minerals of Fit Food Meals?
Most healthy people can meet their nutritional needs through eating a varied, balanced diet. Your diet should include foods from all major food groups as different foods provide different nutrients. This means that the nutrient content of your plan will vary greatly depending upon your own personal choice and preferences, however you have the freedom to select exactly what you want - remember in addition you will get plenty of nutrients from extras that complement your FitFood plan like fruit, vegetables and milk. Should you have a particular dietary requirement we always recommend you speak with your own health professional for specific advice.

How much weight I can expect to lose on Fit Food Meals?
Whether you have a lot or a little weight to lose Diet Chef can help you reach your weight loss goals. We support recommended healthy, sustainable weight loss. In reality weight loss results may vary due to a variety of personal factors - remember everybody is different.

Should I exercise whilst on Fit Food Meals?
You don't have to exercise to lose weight with Fit Food Meals but we do recommend exercise if you can as part of leading a healthy lifestyle. It doesn't have to be strenuous activity why not try walking or swimming or try to fit some exercise into your daily life.

What should I drink on diet?
Nothing is banned on the FitFood plan so you won't be left feeling deprived - just be careful with ‘calorie dense' items like alcohol which will have considerably more calories. Our Diet Guide gives you some great tips on what to drink and also what not to!

Is the diet low calorie?
Yes, Fit Food Meals is a calorie-controlled healthy eating plan designed to help you lose weight. The most successful way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat fewer calories than what your body uses.

What is the difference between male and female meals?
We have increased calories in each meal within the Male option as men often require a higher daily calorie intake and this applies to losing weight as well.

How will my meals be delivered?
Your fresh meals will be securely packaged in a sturdy cardboard box and packed with dry ice. In addition, your order is insulated with recyclable paper based thermal insulation, making sure your food arrives with you perfectly fresh, ready to pop straight in your fridge/freezer.

Do I need to be in to receive my delivery?
You don’t need to be in to receive your delivery as we can leave your box with a neighbour or in a safe place. Just make sure your meals are put into a fridge within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. We recommend you keep them frozen to maintain freshness until you are ready to use them.

When my delivery will be in?
Your delivery will be with you every Tuesday.

How do we deliver our meals?
Our fresh meals are delivered by a nationwide courier. You will receive an email with shipping details.
